Terms of service

16.09.2023○ ToS is not being sent to commissioners separately.○ If you commission me, you are agreeing with the following terms of service• Tell me clearly what you want from your commissions: character(s), size(s), pose(s), background wishes, etc. so the full price can be agreed upon before starting. Reference sheet or reference pictures preferred on any commission but description especially with reference sheets works too.• You will be given rough sketch of the wanted pose (any bigger changes possible in this part) and after approval will be send payment details for full payment. Payment can be done via Paypal or Bank transfer for Finnish bank accounts.• You will get WIP pictures of every step to be approved for continuing the commission. Several requests of changes, specially bigger ones, may cost extra.• After commission is finished you will get drive link for .PNG version.• You can ask for Refund any time, but there will be compensation prices for different phases:
Sketch - I will keep 5-10%
Lineart - I will keep 20%
Flat color - I will keep 50%
Shaded - I will keep 75%• After picture is finished you have full personal use of the picture, but you are not allowed to sell it forward without my permission or claim you made it yourself. I am willing to do graphic designs etc. but those will need different contract!♥ Thank you for reading and possibly choosing to support me! ♥
